Each of the Ocean Cove Inn’s eight individually decorated guest rooms accommodates one or two guests. (If your travel plans to Yachats require more than two persons per room, we encourage you to check the Yachats Area Chamber of Commerce/Lodging web page for local hotels and motels that meet your needs.)

Notes:
Two-person maximum in each room.
We may require a minimum stay of two nights on holidays (including, but not limited to, New Year’s Eve/Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Saturday/Sunday, Memorial Day Eve/Day, Fourth of July Eve/Day, Labor Day Eve/Day, Thanksgiving Eve/Day, and Christmas Eve/Day) and during special events such as annual local festivals. When you inquire about reservations, our managers will let you know if a two-night stay is required on the dates you would like to stay with us.

Our Policies
| Rates | All rates are subject to 8% tax. |
| Deposits | We will need your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card number to complete your reservation. |
| Discounts | We offer a 5% AARP discount when you show your AARP card. |
| Payment | We accept cash, traveler checks (in U.S. dollars), credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and debit cards (VISA and MasterCard). We do not accept personal checks. |
| Cancellations | If you cancel your reservation at least one day before your arrival date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel before noon on your arrival date, we will charge you a $15 cancellation fee. If you call us after noon (or you do not call us) on your arrival date, you will be charged one night's room rental. |
| Check-In Time | Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Please notify us in advance if you will arrive later than 6 p.m. |
| Check-Out Time | Check-out is 11 a.m. |
| No Smoking | We are a smoke-free establishment. If we find evidence that our no-smoking policy has been violated, we will charge you a cleaning fee equal to one night's room rental. |
| No Pets | We do not accept pets at the inn. If you need assistance finding local lodging that accepts pets, please contact the Yachats Area Chamber of Commerce at 1-800-929-0477. |
